Roest is loacated on the Oosterburgeiland at the edge of the city center. A unique restaurant establishment in a fantastic old engine house with a raw industrial atmosphere, reminds us of the Meatpacking district in New York. Very cool! The location was used to build VOC ships and steam machines and it is exactly that part of history that adds charm to Roest Amsterdam.
