Are you a fan of Vietnamese cuisine? And do you think pho is just as delicious as we do? Make a round trip to Chinatown! In Paris there is definitely no shortage when it comes to Vietnamese eateries. In the 13th arrondissement in Paris, you will find plenty of Asian yummy-ness!
We have a favorite Pho restaurant where go several times when we are in Paris. That is Pho 14! We tried a lot of different Pho restaurants, but this is definitely one of the best in town!
They have a new interior for a year or two, but do not expect too much of. After all, it’s all about the Pho, right?
You recognize Pho 14 immediately with the big yellow light sign and its neon orange letters. Don’t be surprised when the restaurant is full with a long queue outside. But believe me, it’s worth the wait!
What makes Pho 14 so good? It is the broth!! The taste is so incredibly nice and full of flavor, that you can taste all the ingredients. The noodles are cooked just right and have a nice bite, and the beef is delicious fresh! The only disadvantage is that you don’t get as much beef as the other pho restaurants, but definitely not a reason ‘not’ to go!
This is another restaurant that proves that eating in Paris do not have to be expensive. You can get a big bowl of pho for only 8 euros, and the starters and desserts are also very well priced!
So if you are in Paris? Make sure to visit Pho 14!
* Tip: If you don’t want to stand in line, go on a weekday on the early afternoon. Or take a place outside on the terrace when it is busy. They have heaters, so sitting outside is not cold at all!
