Restaurant Fjord Eat & Drink in Rotterdam

This restaurant really deserves a spot on our top 10 list in Rotterdam. Not because of the location and the interior, but it’s the food we always come back for. Restaurant Fjord is located on a quiet location in the center under the ‘Coopvaert’ building.

Pure ingredients and flavors

Unlike the name suggests, Fjord Eat & Drink doesn’t perform a Scandinavian kitchen. It makes you wonder what the link with the Norwegian Fjords are, right? During a trip to Norway, the purity and the fish-rich waters of the Norwegian Fjords made a deep impression on the guys. This combined with the original idea to open a seafood restaurant, the name Fjord has born!

Favorite dishes

What we like about this restaurant is that they have a menu with both large and small dishes. What we always do is to order several small dishes and share with each other. Our favorite dishes has to be the bouillabaisse, lobster salad, the clams, prawns and scallops. And for dessert do not miss the hot chocolate cake! It’s to die for!
